Our finance consultants can:
- Advise Local Authorites and Public Sector clients on structuring and managing the procurement of infrastructure programmes such as BSF
- Provide bid support to the private sector around financing, structuring and managing BSF and other major infrastructure projects
- Advise secondary investors on seeking maximum value from BSF and PCP programmes
- We can manage a tendering process undertaken in accordance with OJEU
- We work closely with our clients and their design teams to understand the respective value drivers, and allocate appropriate budgets to elements.

In BSF the PPP is called the Local Education Partnership or LEP and we have a great track record of managing the LEP to ensure clients benefit from bid competition, increasing innovation and a focus on cost minimisation right across the project lifecycle.

Where have we done it before
At Leicester City Council we offered:
a) finance & business planning support :
- we continue to provide effective business planning and finance support including dialogue with the schools and schools governing bodies, liaison with PFS/Government departments, dialogue with councillors and key stakeholder groups and effective budget monitoring with council departments and bought-in service providers.
b) commercial management :
- including interim commercial contract support and advice, which includes close working with the LEP and attending LEP
